Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a fresh challenge? We have been organically growing our contract revenue in Engineering over the last 5 years, but we are now looking for somebody to spearhead a more targeted approach, which will see us become the market-leader. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Consultant to make a real name for themselves both internally and externally.

We do not need somebody to know the Engineering market as we know that very well already – what we need is somebody who knows temporary and contract recruitment, and how to grow a market.

Resourcer / Graduate Recruiter

Norwich

Salary: £16-20k + excellent uncapped commission

Cooper Lomaz are growing, and quickly! To enable us to hit our ambitious targets over the next few years, we need more talented people. This role will see you working alongside our Internal Recruiter, helping to identify, engage and hire the best people in the recruitment industry.

This is an excellent opportunity to be trained and supported by one of the most experienced Recruiters in the East of England, giving you the perfect grounding for a successful career in recruitment. You will be supported at every stage of your development, and will have the opportunity to take your recruitment career in any direction you wish internally.

You do not need recruitment experience to apply, you just need to have a can-do attitude, a desire to learn and be passionate about delivering fantastic levels of service. Any recruitment experience will obviously count in your favour, but personality and work-ethic is key.

Recruitment Consultant - Contract

Bury St Edmunds

Salary: £20 - £28k

Following continued success across a range of our teams, we are looking for the next generation of talent to join our business. So far in 2017 we've hired 9 new Consultants, who are already having success, and we are currently looking for more people to join our team.

Our Head Office in Bury St Edmunds has ambitious plans to grow, and we are currently looking for an experience Recruitment Consultant to join our large Engineering team. This team has grown steadily over the last few years, and we are now ready to add another experienced Consultant. This role will be to build on our existing contract book, and therefore either temporary or contract recruitment experience is critical.

The Role:

This is a 360 role, so will involve all aspects of the Recruitment Consultant role. You will source, support and represent candidates, maintain existing client relationships whilst developing new ones, and attend networking events and client meetings to enhance relationships. The ability to develop long-standing relationships with clients and candidates is absolutely critical, as is becoming an expert within your field.

You:

Previous recruitment experience is important for the Recruitment Consultant role, as are the following traits;

Senior Consultant/Principal Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant at the top of their game to work in our lhead Office in Bury St Edmunds. We are looking for either somebody who has gone as far as they can in a billing role, and who now wants to lead others, or somebody who is billing exceptionally well, but wants a new challenge or new market.

We have roles in our large Engineering and our fast-growing Food team, and we welcome applicants from any recruitment industry / market. Ideally you will have worked on a technical or professional desk, but we will consider all strong recruitment professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent service and results.

As an experienced Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle.
