Team Leader - IT

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit another Team Leader in our Norwich office. We are looking for either an experienced recruitment Leader, or a Recruiter at the top of their game who now wants to use their skills and experience to make others successful too.

The Role

We have an established team ,and a great client base to work with and build on. What we need now is a fantastic leader and motivator who can drive and deliver extraordinary results. This is a great opportunity to build on a solid platform, and take this team to another level. Our IT Recruitment team is one of the largest in East Anglia, and we are committed to growing this team further in 2017 and beyond.

As you will be the person to spearhead this team, you can choose whether to remain in a hands-on recruitment role longer-term, or whether to move your career into a more hands-off, strategic managerial role once the team is fully established and performing.

Recruitment Consultant - Contract

Bury St Edmunds

Salary: £20 - £28k

Following continued success across a range of our teams, we are looking for the next generation of talent to join our business. So far in 2017 we've hired 9 new Consultants, who are already having success, and we are currently looking for more people to join our team.

Our Head Office in Bury St Edmunds has ambitious plans to grow, and we are currently looking for an experience Recruitment Consultant to join our large Engineering team. This team has grown steadily over the last few years, and we are now ready to add another experienced Consultant. This role will be to build on our existing contract book, and therefore either temporary or contract recruitment experience is critical.

The Role:

This is a 360 role, so will involve all aspects of the Recruitment Consultant role. You will source, support and represent candidates, maintain existing client relationships whilst developing new ones, and attend networking events and client meetings to enhance relationships. The ability to develop long-standing relationships with clients and candidates is absolutely critical, as is becoming an expert within your field.
