Sales Manager - IT

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter has arisen in our Norwich office, working within our largest division. This role is a business-critical position for Cooper Lomaz, with this person being responsible for one of our most successful teams, who also have enormous growth-potential. 


This job role will need somebody who has experience of leading recruitment teams, and ideally somebody who has experience of training and developing existing and new recruiters.

The Position

The role will report directly into Alex Hall, who runs our IT division. He is an experienced leader who has a strong track record of delivering exceptional results. In this role you will have a significant impact in the profitability and growth of this team, with us having ambitious plans for the team.

You will have accountability for increasing headcount, maximising the potential of existing and new staff, winning new business and driving both permanent and contract revenue growth. The part of the job role is that you can demonstrate true leadership qualities and drive positive results from a sales team. 

Working as part of the Management Team, you will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting across the teams and offices, and be responsible for recruitment and retention within your specific area.  However more importantly, you will have a voice to set the tone, message and goals of the division.  This is a role for someone who wants to ‘do’ and have impact on a business.  We want people with ideas and enthusiasm for change.

This role could see you purely managing the team and getting results that way, or it could see you getting stuck in to the market yourself and generating revenue in a hands-on capacity.
