Cooper Lomaz are looking to recruit a Team Leader to drive the growth and success of our temporary/contract division. This is an outstanding opportunity for somebody to build, lead and manage a team of Consultants, and move into more senior manager roles moving forward.

This job role will suit somebody with experience within a Team Leader role already, or somebody aspiring to move up into a leadership role who hasn't been given the chance yet. We have the training and support network available to ensure you succeed quickly, and make the most of this opportunity.

What’s the job?

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the success of the team and office. With the support and guidance of an experienced Senior Manager, you will have the freedom to run the team in your own way, whilst being a key member of the wider company and management team.

The Job Role:

The role of a Recruitment Consultant at Cooper Lomaz Recruitment involves all of the normal components of the recruiter role such as; building, maintaining and developing client relationships, sourcing candidates and going on meetings etc, but that’s where the similarities between us and others end.

A Resourcer position is a varied role which is all about people.
