Norwich

Salary: £20,000 - £30,000

The Job Role:
The role of a Recruitment Consultant at Cooper Lomaz Recruitment involves all of the normal components of the recruiter role such as; building, maintaining and developing client relationships, sourcing candidates and going on meetings, but that’s where the similarities between us and others end.

Where we are different is the amount of tools, training, and support you’ll be given to be truly successful, whilst giving you the autonomy to do things ‘your way’. The biggest sell you have is yourself, so we actively encourage innovation and freedom so you can be the very best version of you.

The role of a Resourcer is a sales position, and that’s why people who are determined, hungry for success and who love winning tend to thrive in the industry.

At Cooper Lomaz you will be tasked with sourcing candidates and building long-term relationships with them. You will find yourself working closely with a high-performing Consultant who will be there to support you as your career in recruitment starts.
